How we work
No mystery. No disappearing mid-job.
01
Tell us what is going on
Call, text, or send the form. Photos help. We will tell you honestly if it is a one-visit repair or a longer remodel.
02
A clear quote, in writing
No vague ranges you cannot plan around. We price the work, walk the scope with you, and stick to what we quoted.
03
Show up and protect the house
We treat your home like it is occupied — because it is. Floors covered, dust managed, daily updates.
04
Finish clean, then stand behind it
Punch list closed, fixtures working, site swept. If something is off, you call the same number.

Questions
Before you pick up the phone.
Do you take small jobs, or only full remodels?
Both. A leaking toilet, a fan that needs replacing, and a full bathroom remodel are all in scope. We treat small work with the same care as larger projects.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Lehigh Acres and work throughout Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Alva, Labelle, and nearby communities.
Are you bonded?
Yes. D&H Kraft Construction LLC is a bonded, professional crew. We communicate clearly, respect your home, and complete the work we quote.
How does the 20% referral offer work?
If a friend sent you, mention their name when you request a quote. The 20% savings applies to that job — a thank-you for trusting a neighbor’s recommendation.
What if it is an emergency after hours?
Plumbing emergencies are on call 24/7. Call (239) 849-9095. For non-urgent work we schedule during regular hours, including Saturday.
